At Velani Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
